Vivid Acoustics offer a range of service and maintenance contracts, in addition to optional one off visits, to guarantee that you get the most out of your system, and, where applicable, continue to comply with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act, EN60118-4 etc.

Our service and maintenance visits includes:

  • Visual inspection of all installed components for continued safety.
  • Full testing of the installed system.
  • Repair or replacement of non-warranted parts at pre-agreed costs.
  • Adjustment of amplifiers etc. in line with current regulations, standards or manufacturer recommendations.
